What are the cause, when machine show strong vibration. Both manufacturer and operator is answerable of this question. Through step by step replacement of components such as  bearing, drive motor, drive shaft or gearbox you can found the source of vibration. But this is very costly process because it needs huge stock of replacement parts .

In frequency analysis method, the mixture of vibrations is split up into its isolated components. Moreover, to measure the partial vibration, the measurement can be taken on machines bearing casing through seismic or piezo-electric transducers. With the help of eddy-current transducers, you can measure the radial (and axial) vibration of the shaft. In order to measure the severity,  we analyze the level of vibration  with historical baseline values such as former start-ups and shutdowns
